**Job overview**

We are looking for an Office Manager for our office in Luxembourg who will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of office operations and will provide administration support to the company it its daily activities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures (the reception, conference and office administration) and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Processing of invoices from service providers, work together with the external and internal accounting teams to ensure timely payment
- Administrative preparations for internal and external meetings and activities (for ex. booking rooms, assisting with travel arrangements, organizing refreshments and printing materials etc)
- Structuring and keeping the Company’s archive up to date (electronic and original documents)
- Primary point of contact for outsourced administration providers e.g. accounting firm, mobile phone company, landlord, payroll agents etc
- Other administrative matters related to the activities of the company

**Qualifications**
- Secondary education
- Training related to customer service
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience
- Background in banking and finance is advantageous
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, good understanding of French is required
