**The opportunity**

We are currently looking for **Technician** to join our **Mercury Plant in Dudelange**. On this position you will:

- Be part of an innovative, highly automated tire production plant in collaboration with a diverse, international team
- Work with the latest technology in a digitalized environment
- Operate, monitor and perform the daily production and maintenance of a modern tire manufacturing equipment following standard work procedures
- Be responsible for the performance (Production, quality, maintenance) of the assigned area during the shift
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
- Make the quality checks of the product
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and performance reporting, participate in daily management process, participate in problem solving and improvement activities/repairs
- Identify and help resolve issues quickly by working with your co-workers

**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
Technical degree in mechanics/electrics/automation

**Languages**:
Basic level of English is required.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of working experience will be considered as an asset
- Previous technical experience in industry / automotive sector is an asset

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Ability to operate both manual and automated industrial machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot / improve technical systems
- Ability to follow documented procedures
- Ability to perform multiple tasks or operate multiple equipment
- Team player, good problem-solving skills and self-initiative, stress-resistance
- Sense of urgency and commitment to resolve issues.
- Position requires shift work (early, afternoon and night), eventually weekend work assignments
