**The POSITION | About YOU**:
We are hiring a **Business Analysis & Delivery Consultant** to serve as the link between our clients’ business teams and Finologee’s product organisation. Your mission is to capture and challenge client requirements, align them with our platform’s capabilities, and drive each implementation from scoping through go-live. By producing clear specifications and coordinating activities across business, product, compliance, and technology stakeholders, you will ensure projects land the right functionality on time and within budget. Internally, you will keep refining our delivery toolkit—processes, templates, and knowledge base—so every new integration is smoother than the last.
**With us you will**:
- ** Uncover & specify needs**:Work with clients to understand their business processes, map requirements to our platform’s capabilities, identify gaps, and translate findings into concise specifications and user stories
- ** Plan & monitor delivery**:Build pragmatic delivery plans, track milestones, risks, and resources, and keep scope, budget, timeline, and quality on target
- ** Steer implementations**:Lead client onboarding and platform roll-outs—running workshops, coordinating business, product, compliance, and technical stakeholders, and ensuring smooth hand-offs through go-live
- ** Continuously improve**:Refine delivery processes, templates, and knowledge bases to boost efficiency, consistency, and knowledge sharing across projects
**What we expect from you**:
- ** 5+ years** of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management
- ** Hands-on experience working with digital products.**
- ** Experience with financial industry IT integration** projects is a plus
- ** Strong analytical and organisational skills**, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- ** Comfortable working in cross-functional teams** and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ** Experience working in client-facing project roles** is a strong asset
- ** Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA**, would be a significant advantage.
- ** Fluent English; French is a bonus**
