**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting support functions for Luxembourg SPVs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and any other client reporting package

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer questions regarding various accounting issues and reports, including profit and loss reports
- Research open accounting issues and liaise with the relevant parties to solve them
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and any other required accounting statements or

financial reports
- Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various

records
- Prepare key Balance Sheet reconciliations and review those done by others
- Maintain, records and reconcile billings and accounts receivables and any other bookings based on the

relevant supporting documentation
- Examine financial statements and documents for conformance with accounting requirements and

principles
- Create month-end accounting entries. Reconcile discrepancies, post to GL
- Perform other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field OR equivalent combination of education and

experience
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant accounting experience

**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively

present information
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and interact effectively with

management, employees, and auditors
- Must have the ability to convey financial issues to non-financial users
- Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise reports

**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**
- Expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conduct

basic financial analysis
- Follow accounting practices to ensure optimum client satisfaction while guaranteeing financial

interests are protected
**REASONING ABILITY**
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
- Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

**OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**
- Experience with automated accounting and financial management systems
