**Who we are looking for**

As the IFDSL Head of Compliance Regulatory, you will be responsible for a small team monitoring and analyzing European and Luxembourg regulation impacting IFDS as a specialized PSF providing primarily Transfer Agency services.
- The role requires you to provide an efficient and effective compliance service ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations.
- The role requires you to monitor the regulatory framework in order to ensure the relevant Compliance risks and requirements are captured and actively communicated to the relevant teams across the company.

**What you will be responsible for**

As Head of Compliance Regulatory you will
- Actively follow regulatory developments and pipeline, and provide the Head of Compliance, team members, company management and staff with updates and analysis of impact on Transfer Agency;
- Represent IFDSL in regulatory forums and on industry working groups;
- Compliance advisory, responding to management, staff and client relationship queries in relation to regulatory matters;
- Manage the maintenance of the regulatory compliance inventory with relevant regulations and laws issued at EU and Luxembourg level;
- Ensure IFDSL policies are updated, reviewed, approved and published
- Ensure regulatory gap analysis are documented to assess impact on the Transfer Agency business;
- Ensure all compliance registers are maintained and reviewed annually;
- Compliance representative in governance forums, project steering groups and client meetings;
- Review and update regulatory training materials
- Regulation and policy staff awareness sessions
- Communications with the Regulator as appropriate
- Management and development of staff
- Ensure culture and behaviours are aligned to achieving regulatory and risk excellence.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree in Law, Finance or another relevant Business discipline
- ** Compliance qualification/certification in general compliance and/or AML**:

- ** 5 years experience in a compliance regulatory analysis role in financial services, preferably within Transfer Agency**:

- A strong **understanding of Funds Industry**, preferably within Transfer Agency
- Experience in a similar environment including a **management role**:

- Lead and mentor
- Fluency in **English and French
