**Your tasks in our Team**:
Analyzing training needs
Planning and organizing training curricula, related materials and programs
Create, and implement new training procedures
Managing delivery of internal and externally provided training
Monitoring training effectiveness and perform monthly reporting
Evaluation of the overall quality of courses and the implementation of improvements
Coordinating the process of assessing and selecting external training vendors
Performing talent assessment
Planning for leadership and management succession
Managing reporting for governmental training support (INFPC report)
Manage the LMS and be the contact person
Min. 3 years experience in HR Development
Proficient in the use of common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Fluent in speaking/writing in English - German and/or French is a plus
Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
Strong organization, prioritization, time-management, multi-tasking skills
