**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:
- Managing reporting for governmental training support (INFPC report)
- Analyzing training needs
- Planning and organizing training curricula, related materials and programs
- Create, and implement new training procedures
- Managing delivery of internal and externally provided training
**Here's what you can bring to the team**:
- Min. 3 years experience in HR Development
- Proficient in the use of common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in speaking/writing in English - German and/or French is a plus
