Für diese Gesellschaft suchen wir einen Senior Controller Beteiligungen. - Selbständiges Beteiligungscontrolling für die strategischen Beteiligungen der PoLux; Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Transparenz über strat. Beteiligungen - Abstimmung und Synchronisation der Planungsprozesse - Koordination der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals - und Jahresabschlüssen mit Unterstützung eines externen Dienstleisters - Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und weiterer Schnittstellenpartner in Bezug auf Bilanzierungs - und Bewertungsgrundsätze - Leitung von Sonderprojekten z.B. bei Integration weiterer Beteiligungen in die PoLux. **Anforderungen **Anforderungen**Anforderungen*** - Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS - Umfassende relevante Berufserfahrung (min. 5 Jahre) im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen - MS Office (sehr gut), SAP (min.
