**Mission**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- AI and Information Systems: Use AI to assist in the design and development of IS. Understand how AI can be used to improve existing systems and processes.
- Data Management: Ensure the management and security of data. Understand how data can be used to improve the performance of the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand the customer journey and service management. Work closely with customer service teams to improve the customer experience.
- Cloud - Hybrid: Experience with hybrid cloud environments. Understand how the cloud can be used to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cost Optimization: Work to optimize costs while maintaining or improving performance.
- Process Automation and Optimization: Work on automation and optimization of processes to improve efficiency.
- DevSecOps: Experience with integration within end-to-end pipelines, as well as IaC based delivery & automation.
- Technological Watch: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends, not just products, but also means (processes, changes in delivery paradigms, platform engineering, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a lead architect or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of AI and data management.
- Experience with hybrid cloud, DevSecOps, and process automation.
- Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
