**Your role**

As our next
**People Operations Associate**, you join SustainCERT’s international People & Culture team. Our People & Culture team is responsible for providing memorable employee experiences for 140+ employees globally. As a scale-up, we are headquartered in Luxembourg, and have a hub in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. These two countries are where most of our employees work remotely or in a hybrid manner from. In this role, you own People Operations tasks for our Luxembourg office, and support the international People Operations team.

No day is the same in the People & Culture team And that’s why we all love working in HR at SustainCERT. You will act as the first point of contact for our employees, dive into on
- and offboarding, work on employment contracts, support the monthly payroll process - all while ensuring our HRIS, HiBob
_or Bob among friends_) is up to date.

In this role, you report to the VP People & Culture. Next to working closely with your colleagues in People Operations, you collaborate with the Talent team on onboarding, and the Legal and Finance teams on employment law and payroll topics.

**Your key tasks**:

- Act as the first point of contact for our employees in Luxembourg and other regions;
- Own day-to-day People Operations tasks for Luxembourg employees, including on
- and offboarding;
- Create excellent employee experiences for our colleagues and foster our values;
- Support the monthly payroll process (mutations) on an international scale;
- Ensure compliance from a People/Human Resources perspective;
- Ensure our HRIS, HiBob, is up to date;
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Finance on employment legislation and payroll matters;
- Work with colleagues from People Operations and other teams on projects and process improvements;
- Manage the mail in our Luxembourg office.

**You have these claims to fame**:

- **2-3 years of experience in People Operations / Human Resources / HR Operations**;
- You feel confident in your **knowledge of the Luxembourg labour laws and regulations**;
- You have **great communication skills in English**, and **have worked in an international environment** (English is our official business language);
- You are **proactive, energetic, and eager to move mountains in a dynamic environment**;
- You know your way around with the **Microsoft Office Suite** and are excited to learn new systems.

**Bonus points for**:

- French language skills;
- Experience with HiBob;
- Experience with international payroll.
