Finance Associate, Financial Operations

**This Opportunity**:

Our Luxembourg office is seeking a **Finance**Associate**in Financial Operations & Analysis.

**R**esponsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Prepare, review, analyze and interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotes or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Prepare/review monthly, quarterly and annual reports for investment properties including financial information, performance returns, property operations and variance analysis
- Calculate and review various performance returns and provide comparisons to benchmarks
- Assist asset management team with compilation and analysis for investment budgets and business plans
- Assist in annual audit process and respond to auditor queries
- Assist in preparation of cash analysis for investment properties and fund vehicles
- Complete ad hoc portfolio and client analysis and requests
- Manage the external service providers to ensure timelines and quality of the deliverables
- Manage monthly/quarterly/annual tax compliance filings prepared by the tax firms.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of real estate/private equity accounting/auditing experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organization skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Understanding of the Luxembourg investment fund industry
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Proficiency in Excel**_
