Treasury Manager, Funding

_Supporting the Group Treasurer in executing the funding strategy of P3 to ensure optimal execution and long term success. P3 currently has c. EUR 4 billion external debt and ambitious growth plans. The recruited person will be working closely with the Group Treasurer, Treasury team, relevant other P3 colleagues and potential appointed external advisors to raise substantial amounts of external funding at competetive overall terms. _
- _More specifically the recruited person will independently act as project manager for financing transactions and projects:_
- _Sourcing funding opportunitites_
- _Analyzing funding alternatives _
- _Negotiations_
- _Provide potential lenders with material for credit decisions _
- _Documentation phase_
- _Closing and settlement of transactions_
- _Ongoing administration relating to e.g. reporting of financial covenants and other information undertakings_
- _Projects and tasks will include, but not be limited to:_
- _Secured bank financing_
- _Unsecured bank financing_
- _Bond issuance _
- _Potential other types of financing: Private placements, loans from non-commercial lending institutions, Schuldschein, pension or insurance companies etc._
- _Updating and maintaining EMTN bond program on Luxembourg Stock Exchange_
- _Financial covenant reporting_
- _Support in developing and managing core banking and debt investors relationships_
- _Support in relationship with credit rating agency/ies_
- _Support in developing and managing Treasury policies and procedures _
- _Support in developing treasury systems to ensure optimal integration, efficiency and control of all Treasury risks and operations._
- _Support in managing the hedging requirements of the business, including Foreign Exchange, and Interest Rate risk in line with policy (e.g. assessing FX exposures and the Fixed/Floating mix)._
- _Building strong internal relationships throughout the Group, including both finance and operational teams to fully understand businesses requirements and needs._
**Requirements**:
- _Strong real estate funding background with approx. 10 years relevant experience of both secured and unsecured financing. _
- _Strong project management skills - practical exp_erience._
- _Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)._
- _Luxembourg office based (ideally) and willingness to travel monthly._
- _Proactive and independent working style with great cooperation skills._
