We have an exciting opening to join a dynamic team and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounting processes for a portfolio of commercial companies
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax specialists, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a fiduciary or corporate accounting setting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in French & English, any other language would be an asset
