**Job Description**:
Create the function and set-up department:

- Develop processes and procedures related to the function, adapted to local specificities (Luxembourg, France, United-Kingdom, Spain, Germany ) and business specificities (regulated scope, commercial, IT ) when needed
- Develop or select the tools you will use to collaborate with the rest of the company and possibly with the providers
- Connect with internal teams to assess their needs and develop a knowledge of the business, and connect with potential partners
- Define & implement procurement strategy and sourcing process encompassing supplier selection, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, SLAs & KPIs, terms and conditions, contract award and subsequent follow up

Procurement Management:

- Accompany the supplier evaluation and selection by the responsible departments
- Maintain a constant Supplier Risk Management to ensure a strong service level
- Manage and optimize our base of suppliers in order to address our operational needs along with our regulatory obligations
- Develop RFPs processes and manage RFPs when relevant
- Lead the supplier negotiations (long term agreement, rebates, SLAs definition), or assist operational teams in the negotiations
- Be constantly updated about our main resources market: supplier alternatives, technical constraints, market and leverage evolution
- Steer regular benchmarking to develop a more sustainable & competitive procurement / supply chain for the company
- Work closely with the Finance team to maximize our value for money
- With the operational Risk department, steer the evaluation of outsourced activities

Reporting & Collaboration:

- Direct Interfaces: all departments

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Background in a regulated and / or technology sector (+7yrs)
- Any Experience in other function (Process development, Project Management, Finance) is also considered as an asset.
- Languages: English is a must, French preferred

**Skills**:

- Capability to articulate big picture objectives and an analytical mindset
- Persuasive individual with strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of negotiation successes
