We are seeking an experienced AML/KYC Officer excited to elevate our digital banking experience for the EU market.

**In this role, you will**:

- As an AML/KYC, you will support all tasks including Anti-Financial Crime anti terrorism financing, sanctions, KYC, and fraud.
- Handle incoming events in accordance with the banking authorities.
- Support phone calls from external parties and handling these cases.
- Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the corresponding authorities.
- Process customer account cancelations and payout processing.
- Identification, investigation and evaluation of suspicious account activities.
- Seizure and un-seizure of accounts under due time.
- Detection of money laundering typologies and suspicious patterns.
- Investigating alerts generated by our internal transaction monitoring systems.
- Handling external and internal requests in regards to potential financial crime.

**Your Background**:

- You have a proven track record with relevant banking experience in Anti Financial Crime or Compliance.
- You have a bachelor's degree, ideally in law, business or finance.

**Your knowledge and experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of regulations on Financial Crime, AML, terrorism financing, fraud, KYC.
- You are fluent in English and French, German is a plus (any other UE language could be an asset).
- You are detail oriented, diligent and reliable.
- You have a hands-on mentality and take on ownership.
- You should enjoy a fast-paced working environment, show high willingness to learn and work autonomously to grasp new topics.
