- For our Luxembourg office, we are currently looking for a Legal Assistant in the field of Intellectual Property.This position consists in assisting our Patent Attorneys in managing all national patent and design filing and post-filing requirements before several offices, such as Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.

**Responsibilities**:

- In conjunction with the central recordals team as appropriate, to submit registerable transactions such as assignments, changes of names and licenses before the national patent offices of LU, BE and DE.
- To ensure all appropriate service charges and/or official fees have been recorded in the system
- To liaise with other teams and attorneys as appropriate.

**Must-have requirements**:

- A 2-year experience in Intellectual Property is ideal. An experience as a legal assistant will be considered too, and training will be provided accordingly in this case
- Proficient in English, and German or Dutch. French would be a plus.

**Nice-to-have requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience of at least 2 years at a similar level
- Diligence, pro-activeness and teamwork are essential qualities for this position.
- You are able to work autonomously within a small team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.
