As a lawyer, you will be part of the legal team. After an adaptation period, you will independently handle a selection of mandates/cases in the field of intellectual property and be responsible for obtaining and managing intellectual property rights. In the field of data protection, you will support clients in their compliance efforts. You will draft contracts in the areas of business law and distribution law.

**Responsibilities**:
Your Responsibilities:

- Registering intellectual property rights and managing intellectual property portfolios.
- Providing legal and technical advice to clients.
- Drafting legal opinions and contractual and regulatory documentation (contracts, terms of use, general conditions, e-commerce documentation, etc.).
- Assisting clients in the operational implementation of new internal policies and procedures.
- Communicating and corresponding with clients and other authorities worldwide.

**Profile**:
What We Expect From You:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in law with a specialization in intellectual property law, information and communication technologies law, or corporate law.
- Strong interest in legal and technical matters, along with a high level of commitment, eagerness to invest, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Existing experience in a similar position is considered an asset.
- Friendly and client-oriented attitude, enjoying working in a team.
- Solution-oriented and empathetic personality with an independent and structured work method and high standards of quality.
- Great initiative and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in German, French, and English.
