**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
The aim of the maintenance team is to keep the operation facility equipment 100% operational and minimize the amount of downtime under the respect of Goodyear safety standards, focusing on cost effectiveness and at expected quality.

Part of the facility team, the facility technician is in charge to perform/supervise the preventive maintenance and curative maintenance. He/she helps troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical problems that are linked to the facility equipment. He/she also supports other competency like Calibration and Engineering (helping to guarantee the continuity of the equipment and systems).

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Routing Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks related to building (HVAC system, equipment and office) and general track maintenance (watering system, resurfacing and site security equipment).
- Emergency Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Mechanical and Electrical Work: Maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Inspections and Compliance: Conducting regular inspections to ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and operational policies and support mandatory periodic checks by external authorities.
- Actively contribute to the EHS KPIs focusing on JRA, OBT, ICHE procedure towards expected PEC maturity level.
- Participate to RCA and plan establishment in case of major repair.
- Report and document problems and maintenance actions on equipment.
- Maintain spare parts and items inventory.
- Prepare and provide test & process equipment.
- Actively participate in housekeeping of PPI premises.

**To join our team, you will need**:
**Education**
- Bachelor of science in Electromechanical/Mechatronics with specialization in HVAC.

**Languages**
- Fluency in English and French.

**Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in relevant environment, ideally automotive industry.
- Technical background in mechanics.
- Technical background in electrical/electronic domain.
- Technical background in HVAC (hot and cold).
- Project management.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Computer skills (MS office).
- CAD software.
- Knowledge in mechanics, electrics/electronics, sensor systems.
- Siemens GTC.
- Electrical ability (LT,MT,HT).
