If you have been working in a Law Firm in Luxembourg and you want to start a new challenge to have more time to allocate to your own ambitions, while also having a challenging function, then this position will certainly peak your interest.
We are currently assisting this PFS in its search for a Legal Manager to support the development of the structure’s activities and business. Its client base is strictly financial (Soparfis, Holdings, PE/RE, Securitization Vehicules) and regroups a very international clientele. By working in a structure that offers a complete approach and service for its clients (accountancy, tax, legal, fund management), you will have a 360° view on your clients and be able to easily coordinate with the other teams.
For this reason, the PFS has integrated a digitalized methodology and efficient processes which she continually evaluates in order to provide the employees with some of the best organized methods on the market.
The beautiful offices of this PFS are well located near a free parking (P+R), near the highway axes but are also easily accessible by train, bus and soon the tram as well.
Lastly, meritocracy is a core value of the structure because the PFS finds it important to reward its team members and allowing them to evolve in the hierarchy but also financially.

Your Responsibilities | PFS - Legal Manager - Legal - Corporate - Law

Managing your own portfolio of clients will be an essential part of your responsibilities, which mainly include handling transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, refinancing and so on.

Drafting legal documentation for your financial clients such as contracts, agreements (loans, purchase sale, etc.), minutes, capital calls, debt restructuring and of course also transactional documents.

You draft board and shareholder meetings, AGE, AGO and other common documentation.

You may be asked to act as a board member for holding or securitization companies.

Then, you will be assigned as the point of reference and contact for clients, notaries, the CSSF and your co-workers.
