**Senior Business Consultant**
**Tasks**
- Identify internal control gaps and deficiencies as well as improvement opportunities by assisting in the development of recommendations
- Perform gap analysis and identify compliance/regulatory issues compared to laws and regulations
- Collaborate with actuarial, IT, regulatory, risk, and other professionals to understand dependencies and integration points
- Create quality deliverables to communicate business and technical solutions to appropriate audiences

**Qualifications**
- A Master’s degree in Business, Management, Compliance, Actuarial sciences or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working for a Financial Institution or Consulting Firm
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourgish regulatory environment (regulations from the CAA, etc.)
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, with excellent communication and organisation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French, any additional language is a plus
