**Head of Controlling & Accounting (m/w/d)**

**Was ist ihr Aufgabenbereich?**
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Berichte, Statistiken, Kennzahlenreports, Analysen und Präsentationen und entwickeln diese stetig weiter.
- Sie wirken bei allen Prozessen der Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschlusses mit.
- Sie verfolgen die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und erarbeiten Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der operativen Bereiche.
- Sie steuern die Planungs
- und Budgetprozesse.
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner und Berater für Finanzierungsfragen und Investitionsentscheidungen
- Neben den aufgeführten Aufgaben übernehmen Sie auch gerne Sonderprojekte.

Diese Aufzählung ist nicht abschließend - es erwartet Sie also eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe.

**Was sind die Anforderungen?**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen oder eine entsprechende kfm. Aus
- und Weiterbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsfeld
- Erfahren im Umgang mit den gängigen Unternehmens-Kennzahlen
- IT-Kenntnisse in SAP-Finance und Controlling
- Ausgeprägte MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Selbständige, ziel und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
