**Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - Legal - Law - Corporate - PFS - Fiduciary**
- You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of Soparfis and PE/RE entities.
- You will be the point of contact for all legal issues relating to Luxembourg companies.
- You will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of clients.
- Preparing board meetings will be part of your daily routine as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and other company documents.
- You will be involved in organising company incorporations, mergers and liquidations. You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

- You have between **2 and 5 years** of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
- You have a good **team spirit** which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.
- You have already managed a client portfolio from the constitution to liquidation/dissolution.
- You have a higher **degree** in the legal field and you are passionate about the legal environment.
- You are **motivated, dynamic** and **organised** by nature and you like to be rigorous.
- In addition to English, you have a fluent level in **German**.
