We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant. In this dynamic position, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our allocation processes and providing general administrative assistance.

We are specialised in the employment of middle and top management and highly qualified professionals in contracting, temporary and permanent placement.

Allocation progress:

- Conduct thorough eligibility controls and sample checks using advanced IT tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Efficiently summarize eligibility control results and communicate them to team members, facilitating seamless coordination.
- Ensure timely uploading of allocations into Serapis and issuance of Allocation Letters.
- Monitor allocation-related activities, including ensuring compliance of financial intermediaries with contractual provisions.

General administrative support:

- Prepare and dispatch essential documents such as Side letters, Allocation Letters, and End of Allocation Reports with precision.
- Maintain meticulous documentation filing and archiving in GED/Knowledge Center, adhering to naming conventions.
- Keep databases up-to-date and manage the Unit's shared mailbox effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for improving allocation processes.

Teamwork:

- Work closely with Unit members to ensure smooth task implementation and information flow, contributing to team success.
- Provide on-the-job support to new colleagues, facilitating their understanding of the Bank's procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, enhancing overall team dynamics.
- Flexibly assist other Administrative Assistants when needed.

Desired Qualifications:

- Secondary level education,
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Excellent command in English and in French.
