Safety Administrator

For our department _Airline Safety_**within **LuxairAirlines**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Safety Administrator (M/F/x)_**

**_Main duties:_**
- Update and maintain the reports in the safety database written by LUXAIR staff as defined by
procédures
- Assist in the analyse of data and prepare reports
- Be the key contact for safety issues to Flight Safety Instructors and cabin
- Assist the Manager Airline Safety in the writing of publications related to safety
- Perform administrative work for the Airline Safety department
- Keep the safety intranet site, the Safety & Security checklist and Cabin Quick Reference Hand
Book updated
- Be member in the ERAP team

**_Required profile:_**

**_Minimum required criteria_**
- Be holder of a “Bac” or equivalent
- Have an operational experience in one of the following fields : Flight ops, maintenance,
ground ops
- Have a knowledge of airline operations, more specifically of operational procedures and
management of activities regarding the cabin
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken
and written)
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
- Be autonomous and well organized

**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria_**
- Show user skills in the tools used in the safety department as well as Human Resource Time
Keeping and LuxairFINANCE
- Show excellent analysis skills
- Provide proven experience as Cabin Crew Member or Technician
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
