**We are seeking a Trainee in Restructuring (Deal Advisory)**
Deal Advisory delivers a wide range of transaction related services, which include Restructuring, Financial Diligence, and Corporate Finance. KPMG’s clients in Restructuring are medium and large companies of various sectors facing demanding situations in their corporate life-cycle.
A Trainee in Restructuring typically provides assistance to clients whether they are in a situation of strategic reorientation, financial distress or liquidation. Key to your work will be to assist the team throughout the engagements and to employ a broad range of technical skills and knowledge.
We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to being the market leader by size and reputation.

**What you will be working on**:

- Assist in the preparation of high quality deliverables;
- Acquire an understanding of the legal environment, requirements and reporting to regulatory bodies, especially linked to voluntary liquidations;
- Experience different corporate cultures in an European financial center and international environment of project work;
- Participate in marketing, knowledge sharing and practice development;
- From the first day on, be assigned to challenging tasks.

**What we look for**:

- We are looking for ambitious individuals with strong analytical skills who will relish the challenge of working in Deal Advisory with a focus on restructuring projects;
- You have some accounting and finance knowledge;
- You are proactive, highly ambitious and client driven;
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and are able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure;
- Fluency in English; French and/or German will be considered as a real asset.
