**CTG IT Solutions is currently growing and we are looking for**_Service Desk Agents_** to strengthen our teams in Luxembourg.**

**Your Missions**
- You will **log**, **categorise**, **prioritise**, **diagnose**, **resolve**, **close** and **escalate** **incidents**:

- **_ You will have _**incident ownership** and **communication** throughout the lifecycle of the incident
- You will handle in **policy** and **out of policy** service requests
- You will intervene **onsite** at the **user location** or **temporary location**:

- **_ You will execute _**IMACD tasks**:

- **_ You will raise requests for _**authorisation** of service requests

**Your Profile**
- You are able to speak and write **fluently** at least **English and French**, to communicate easily with all the users
- You are experienced and have already worked in a **similar position** for at least **2** **years**:

- **_ You are familiar with _**ticketing tools** and **CMDB tools**:

- **_ You have experience with _**MS Office Suite**and** Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10)**:

- **_ You have knowledge of _**mobile devices** and **mobile phone services**:

- **_ You have an understanding of _**networking** and **networking protocols**:

- **_ You are experienced in _**troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN**, etc.
- You have good **problem-solving skills**and you are **flexible**and** stress resilient**:

- **_ You are a _**team player** who likes to work in an international environment
- You like to pay **attention to details** and you are **customer focused**
