**Floor Manager **(M/F/x)

A major Luxury brand is looking for a Floor Manager for its Luxembourg store.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will contribute to the development of the commercial activity of the store.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and advising clients
- Recruiting, Managing, counselling, motivating and developing a team of Sales consultants
- Setting individual and team goals; proactively assessing and managing performance against expectations
- Acting as a Brand ambassador and role model
- Creating a positive and harmonious work environment
- Developing the Clients portfolio
- Defining and implementing action plans to drive sales
- Ensuring policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented

**Profile**:

- Previous managerial experience in Retail or Hospitality management
- Fluent in English & German OR English &French
- Customer orientation & Problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Willingness to work on Retail hours, the store being open from Mondays to Saturdays

**Contract**: Permanent, full-time
