Aktuell besetzen wir im Auftrag eines Modeunternehmens im Lifestyle Segment (Multibrand) die Position „Store Manager Megastore“ (m/w/d) den Standort Strassen (Luxemburg).

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die effektive Planung und Steuerung des Stores (2.700 qm)
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Warenpräsentation und Umsetzung dieser in Abstimmung mit dem Visual Merchandising zur Steigerung des Umsatzes der Filiale
- Vorbildfunktion für die Mitarbeiter durch eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und die Einhaltung der Verkaufsstandards
- Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Aktivitäten und Organisation der Filialabläufe, sowie einer optimalen Warenwirtschaft auf der Fläche
- Aktives Arbeiten mit allen handels
- und branchenüblichen Kennzahlen (KPI´s)
- Führung und Motivation des Teams (Team Manager und 22 Mitarbeiter) und Festlegung individueller Ziele
- Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und den Informationsfluss an das Filialteam, sowie die Verkaufsleitung
- Verantwortung für das Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen für die Entwicklung der Filiale
- Beobachtung und Analyse des lokalen Marktes

- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Mode
- oder Lifestylebranche
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
