Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking a **_Junior Billing Officer _**to start **ASAP**.

**Main responsibilities**:
- Prepare, control and file invoices sent to our clients;
- Assistance for invoices recovery and debt collection.
- Administrative tasks (filing and follow up of accounting documents );
- Miscellaneous accounting tasks (Verification and booking of expense reports and credit card statements ).
**Main requirements**:
- ** High school diploma or DUT/BTS with accounting basis**;
- ** From 0-2 years’ experience** in a similar function or in an invoicing department;
- ** Fluent in French and English**, German is considered an asset;
- Work well with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
- Experience in the use of an invoicing/accounting software;
- Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner;
- Your inter-personal skills enable you to manage priorities and deadlines;
- You are **well organised and pay attention to details**.

We collaborate closely with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies to provide accurate information on the company's financial health. It plays a crucial role in assessing financial performance and making strategic decisions.
