**Description**
- Vous conseillez des clients locaux et internationaux sur une gamme complète d'activités d'entreprise, telles que les fusions et acquisitions, les restructurations organisationnelles, les efforts de refinancement et les opérations de capital-risque.
- Vous facilitez une communication et une coordination efficaces au quotidien entre les clients, les avocats de la partie adverse et les prestataires de services.
- Vous rédigez, révisez et négociez divers documents juridiques et d'entreprise, en accordant une attention particulière aux avis juridiques relatifs à la capacité et à la force exécutoire.
- Vous supervisez et encadrez les membres de l'équipe d'entreprise, en favorisant leur développement professionnel.
- Vous organisez et gérez les efforts de recherche juridique pour répondre aux besoins des dossiers et des clients.
- Vous participez activement aux initiatives de développement commercial du cabinet, en contribuant à la croissance et à l'expansion des services aux clients.

**Profile**
- possède au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans la pratique du droit au sein d'un environnement juridique d'entreprise.
- Il est titulaire d'une maîtrise en droit et l'admission au barreau de Luxembourg ou à un autre barreau européen serait considérée comme un atout.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, avec de fortes capacités de communication écrite et orale dans les deux langues.
- Faire preuve d'une approche proactive et énergique, s'épanouir dans un environnement d'équipe collaboratif et posséder d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
