We are seeking to recruit a
**Senior Corporate Lawyer** to support the growth of our Corporate/M&A Department in Luxembourg.
**Senior Corporate Lawyer (M/F/d)**
**Permanent Employment Agreement - Full Time**
**Your tasks**:
- Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and
refinancings, venture capital transactions, etc.;
- Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents, in particular capacity and enforceability legal opinions;
- Managing and coaching the corporate team members;
- Coordinating legal researches;
- Participating actively in the business development needs of the firm.
**Your profile**:
- **Experience**: At least 6 years of experience practicing Corporate law;
- **Qualification**: Master’s degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
- **Languages**: Fluent in English and French;
- **Skills**: Proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication skills.
