Pure Capital is further looking to expand its team with an _**_Alternative Investment Manager._** _Thanks to an extensive knowledge in the Alternative Investments, you will be able to analyze investment proposals, run operationally the day-to-day tasks related to AIF Funds as Portfolio Manager, as well as to implement new tools and to help with the development of the Alternative Investment Management Function.**YOUR MISSIONS**
- Analyzing Alternative Investment Deals (Private Equity, Estate, Debt, Infrastructure, etc.).
- Liaising with the external Investment Advisors (or any related stakeholders linked to the proposed deal) of our AIFs and challenging the reports and KPIs received.
- Monitoring the AIF portfolios and following the financial flows of our AIFs.
- Controlling various flows and events related to Private Equity assets (commitments, drawdowns, capital calls, distributions, liquidations, etc.).
- Managing the different investments regarding the compliance of the (the portfolio manager being supported/advised by the Risk and Legal teams within Pure Capital).
- Feeding and improving the internal database for positions monitoring.
- Providing the Risk and Valuation departments with all necessary information to perform their assets risk and valuation review.
- Preparing the monthly report for the Executive Committee on portfolio management-related topics.
- Supporting Alternative Investment-related queries during audit periods.
- Interacting with external service providers.
- Promoting good market practices and maintaining an appropriate regulatory watch.
- Drafting and maintaining all the procedures necessary to enable the Management Company to manage the alternative investment activities.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, with expertise in the Alternative Investment Industry.
- Experience in AIFM risk management is highly recommended.
- Risk management and investment compliance rules experience related to AIF legislation is a real advantage.
- Good knowledge of the life cycle of illiquid product.
- CFA certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). Knowledge of Bloomberg, or other Data providers is an advantage.
- Project management skills with strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
- Rigorous, analytical, autonomous and assertive.
- Team-player, able to deliver under pressure, open to change.
- Fluent in French and in English.
- German/Italian is a valuable asset.
