Distribution& Oversight Officer

Pure Capital is further looking to expand its team with a Distribution & Oversight Officer. Your role would include a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects._

YOUR ROLE

**Distribution**
- Developing and managing the Investment Fund Distribution Services for third party funds in the context of the Management Company activities;
- Conducting and supervising cross-border notification procedures in EU and non-EU countries;
- Conducting and supervising fund platforms, tracking and coordinating the financial flows and payments linked to the Distribution activity;
- Maintaining good relations and follow-up with the delegates appointed to perform Fund Distribution Services;
- Coordinating the review of distribution and private placement agreements with the Legal department;
- Working closely with clients, third parties and other teams to support the smooth day-to-day management and Distribution activities of the funds;
- Assisting with the operational onboarding of new clients on the distribution and reporting aspects.

**Due Dilgence**
- Carrying out initial and ongoing due diligences on delegates and related parties (on-site and off-site);
- Preparation of due diligence reports;
- Following up with the signature of the due diligence reports;
- Monitoring the status of due diligences;
- Carrying out coordination of due diligences on Pure Capital S.A.

**Corporate Life - Financial Audit - SAQ**
- Day-to-day corporate life of funds oversight;
- Coordinating and reviewing annual accounts of Funds with all counterparties;
- Audit follow-up;
- SAQ follow-up;
- Working closely with the auditors, clients and teams to meet the legal deadlines for all SAQs and financial audits.

YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years’ experience in such fields;
- Fluent in English and French - other languages are considered as an advantage;
- Proven ability to multi-task;
- Organized and methodical;
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Friendly and proactive personality;
- Energetic and enthusiastic;
- Good communication skills and positive attitude;
- Fund distribution knowledges and abilities to develop and manage the distribution department are a clear advantage;
- Knowledge of the funds industry is essential.
