**About The Role**:

Looking to break into the financial sector? FDM are seeking graduates from all backgrounds to join our Financial Services Graduate Programme and launch their career as an FDM Consultant in the world’s most dynamic industry.

On the FDM Financial Services Graduate Programme, you will undergo 4 weeks of industry recognised training before putting that into practice by working on projects with our industry leading clients as an FDM Consultant. This programme will provide you with multiple future career opportunities ranging from Financial Analyst, Junior Fund Accountant, Risk, Regulation & Compliance, AML/KYC Analyst and Settlements & Reconciliations Analyst.

This specific programme will see you join our Banking client on site to utilize your learning in a range of exciting Finance Ops roles. You will assist institutional investors around the globe to manage risk, drive performance and profitability and respond to market challenges.

**Roles & responsibilities include**:

- Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report/escalate in accordance with corporate policy
- Work on corporate actions, equities, fixed income, futures, options and swaps and complex financial instruments
- Prepare daily cash, position and market value reconciliations including trade capture and pricing
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of management and client reporting
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and Systems
- Continuously review processes and practices relating to the role and act as a catalyst for change and improvement
- Assist in semi-annual and annual audit process

**About You**:

- Educated to degree level (2:2 or higher), preferably with a business background, but all degrees considered
- Eligible to live and work within Luxembourg
- Preferred English level B2 or higher
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, with a client focused attitude
- A strong leader with an entrepreneurial and quantitative mindset
- A fast learner with the ability to work under pressure
