**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Support the Company-wide Internal Control Initiatives
- Assist in the Company-wide Risk and Control Self-Assessment
- Monitor and maintain the Company's control database
- Monitor and maintain the Company's procedure library
- Assist in the preparation of reporting to internal committees
- Analyse operational, strategic and reputational risks
- Supports in the deep dive analysis of operational incidents and operational risk quantification
- Contributes to the streamlining of Risk Management processes
- Participates to cross departmental risk mitigating projects
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Risk Management Trainee?
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to identify and analyse risks
- Knowledge in VBA programming is considered as a plus
- Dedication and ability to produce high quality, accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Confident, professional approach to dealing with colleagues from different departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the common MS Office software is a must
- Fluency in written and verbal English, plus thorough knowledge of at least one other major European language
