At Resultance, they play a key role in designing and recommending innovative solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and leverage technology to achieve long-term goals. **YOUR ROLE? DRIVE TRANSFORMATION IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR.** You’ll be at the heart of transformation projects for our clients within the Financial Services sector combining sector knowledge, regulatory insight, and change leadership. **MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL**: Contribute to transformation projects (organizational, operational, or technological) within the financial services sector ecosystem - **TRANSFORM & STRUCTURE**Analyze and optimize business processes related to fund distribution, administration, valuation, and reporting - **DIAGNOSE & IMPROVE**Provide expertise on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, MiFID II, AML/KYC ) - **ADVISE & SECURE**Support your Manager in the coordination of stakeholders across business and IT, and support change management and adoption of new practices - **ALIGN & ENGAGE**Contribute to business development through proposals, service offerings, and thought leadership on regulatory trends - **CONTRIBUTE & INFLUENCE** **Requirements**: **YOUR PROFILE? A SECTOR-SAVVY TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT.** You’re passionate about financial services and want to make a real impact.
