**Compliance Officer**
**(M/F/d)**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer in delivering the annual Compliance plan, including the Compliance assurance program and compliance training program
- Provide Compliance advice and deliver Compliance reporting
- Perform Compliance risk assessments and assurance activities
- Organize and deliver compliance trainings
- Act as the first point of contact for AML/KYC and Sanctions matters
- Act as the Complaints Officer

**Skills and Experience**
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer; experience within the (life) insurance sector would be an asset
- Knowledge and experience in the area of AML/KYC
- Knowledge of the European and Luxembourg insurance, legal and regulatory environment
- Knowledge and experience in the area of data protection would be an asset
- Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in French or German would be an asset
- Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills
- Self-confident, perseverant and resilient under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Attentive to detail, flexible, capable of prioritizing tasks and exercising sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions
- Committed team player with enthusiasm and drive
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately and to deadlines
