- You will be in charge of assisting your clients, and advising them, on transactions (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, restructurings,, liquidations ) in close collaboration with the Partner.
- You will draft legal documentation such as articles of incorporation, transactional documents and so on.
- Remaining up to date with all evolutions in terms of corporate law is an integral part of your function as this allows you to maintain the high standards of service of the law firm. You will work with clients from across the globe, meaning that you will have exposure to a wide variety of cases.

- Experience acquired in an international law firm is an additional plus, though you will not have the same inconveniences here as you might find in some of the largest global firms for example.
