**Your mission**:

- Working autonomously on a mixed portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis) in the area of Real Estate
- Organizing board and shareholders´ meetings
- Drafting board meeting and shareholder minutes and other relevant legal documents
- Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
- Providing ongoing corporate-secretarial services to your client portfolio
- Liaising with notaries, international tax advisors and law firms
- Close collaboration with the accounting department
- Ensuring corporate data correctness from third party drafted legal documentation
- Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar position in Luxembourg in the corporate field
- You have solid knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
- You have strong command using MS Office
- Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability, proactivity and respect of confidentiality
- You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skills
- You have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and set priorities efficiently
- You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- You are fluent in English and German
