Our client is an international industrial player specializing in technical solutions for insulation, interior design, and product protection. Established on the market for several decades, the company brings together just over a thousand employees across around twenty sites in Europe and beyond.
The Luxembourg office focuses on financial functions and coordination for several European entities. The premises are modern and functional (bright workspaces, fully equipped meeting rooms, professional equipment such as laptops, dual screens, and digital tools like ERP and BI). The company has grown through innovation and targeted acquisitions, with stable ownership and a pragmatic, supportive team culture, driven by quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The working environment is straightforward, accessible, and supportive, with short decision-making processes.
The recruitment takes place in a context of growth and structuring of financial processes in Luxembourg: a newly created position to strengthen management control and performance monitoring.
**Your Responsibilities**|** Treasury - Consolidation**
- Participate in monthly closings: data preparation, consistency checks, variance analysis vs. budget/forecasts.
- Contribute to cost monitoring (production, logistics, sales) and to the reliability of costing.
- Update monitoring dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) for local teams and management.
- Support budget preparation and re-forecasting in collaboration with finance, sales, supply chain, and operations.
- Ensure data accuracy in the ERP (such as SAP) and BI tools; propose process improvements.
- Take part in monitoring investments (CAPEX) and assessing their profitability.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses (margins, product mix, clients/regions, productivity) to support decision-making.
- Contribute to internal controls and assist with the preparation of external audits. Collaborate with local and international teams to share best practices and harmonize methods.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Treasury - Consolidation**
- At least 1 year of experience in financial control/management, audit, or a related analytical function.
- Degree in finance, management, accounting, economics, or equivalent.
- Languages: French and English are essential; German is an asset.
- Accounting knowledge appreciated; proficiency in SAP is a plus (ERP exposure required).
- Comfortable with Excel/Power Query/BI and data handling.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigor, ability to prioritize, and respect for deadlines.
- Versatile, willing to be hands-on, with curiosity, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to interact with various stakeholders (finance, operations, sales) and a strong team spirit.
