**Senior Business Consultant**

**Tasks**- Provide a wide range of services to insurance and reinsurance industry clients- Business model assessment and definition as well as business cases realization
- Provide the business transformation roadmap and prioritization
- Establish the Project Management Office (PMO) and oversight
- Business process analysis, optimization and automation
- Performance measurement and continuous improvement implementation

**Qualifications**
- A Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT, Actuarial Sciences or related field
- Between 3-5 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, ideally with a background as transformation manager, business analyst or compliance officer; or in the (re)insurance department of a consulting firm
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourgish regulatory environment (CAA regulations)
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, with excellent communication and organisation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French with any other additional language as a plus
