A Leading International Tech Financial Services organisation is looking to expand on its already successful compliance function and is searching for a Compliance Manager in Luxembourg. The compliance manager can expect to be part of a dynamic organisation where growth and progression are encouraged, and this will not require any management responsibilities.

**In this position, you will be expected to**:
Â- Write reports to the CSSF

Â- Carry out AML and CTF activities

Â- Act as a point of contact for compliance-related matters

Â- Balance both the second line of defence and the first line of defence activities

**To be considered for this role, you must**:
Â- Have a University degree or equivalent

Â- Experience in the financial services industry

Â- Strong first and second-line compliance experience

Â- Fluent in English and another European language - German is preference due to the nature of the client base but not essential
