Your missions:
- Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service- Identifying business development risks and opportunities in both automotive and defense markets- Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with divisional goals- Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition- Creating marketing plans and materials to support development of the segment- Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships- Navigating defense industry-specific requirements, including:
Your profile:
- Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)- Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems- Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures- Speaking fluently English and either French or German. Any other language is an asset- Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
