Servicenow Architect

**| Your challenges?**:

- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business goals and best practices.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB, to meet specific client needs.
- Develop technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and test plans.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and updates to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and client presentations

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations, and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex workflows, user interfaces, and data migrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for software development and delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present solutions to stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.) are a plus
