Reporting to the Managing Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Luxembourg and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Operations and its’ growth. Purpose of the Role Scope Replacement is required to guarantee compliance with the Luxembourg regulatory framework and allow continuity in the business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Risk monitoring for alternative investment funds
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the risk management framework for alternative investment funds across liquid and illiquid strategies, including risk monitoring, controls, and limit oversight.
- Perform regular risk reporting activities, including contribution to Annex IV reporting, escalation of breaches or anomalies, and maintenance of accurate risk data within risk management systems.
- Contribute to the enhancement of risk management processes, systems, and operational procedures by identifying practical improvements and supporting the implementation of efficient and scalable solutions
- Responsible of the accuracy and timeliness in the production of risk assessment, analysis and reporting including annex IV.
- Perform the monitoring of investment compliance of the AIFsSupport the development and enhancement of internally developed risk IT tools, including testing of new reporting solutions, data aggregation processes, controls, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk analytics and reporting.Client management Serve as a key contact for clients on risk management matters, ensuring appropriate escalation of relevant issues to senior members of the permanent risk management function. Support the delivery of regular client reporting and communication on risk exposures, risk monitoring, and related risk management matters, while responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner. Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise effectively with internal IFM functions including portfolio management, valuation, compliance, to ensure consistent risk governance and information flow. Present risk findings and reports to AIF senior management. Attributes/Technical Skills Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 year of experience and strong background in similar role managing risk for AIFs
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management system and reporting operations. Education and Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., GFR, FRM and CAIA) is a plus Company Benefits:
