**Description du poste**:
**The mission**:
The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects to

constantly improve and optimize the processes. The consultant will support the internal document management team to define functional requirements on evolutions of the OpenText Content Server (internally called GED) mainly in relation to document management.

Under the direction of the IT Manager of the document management department:

- Contribute to align GED requirements for paper and electronic the record management processes and procedures.
- Coordinate project planning liaising with the teams within Corporate Services with a view to guarantee delivery within the stipulated timeline and to the expected level of quality.
- Document each project’s document management requirement specifications, working in close collaboration with the Central Archive Service and other teams involved, the project owner and the solution provider as required by the PM² methodology.
- Devise and negotiate technical or task management related solutions for specific project issues with the appropriate stakeholders.

**Profil recherché**:
**Your Qualifications**:

- You hold a University Degree (or related field) or equivalent experiences
- At least 7 years of IT relevant professional experience
- Experience in a content management or document management environment
- business analysis part with end users (priority)
- OpenText Content Server knowledge with the IT team (advantage)
- record management principles with the Archives team (priority)
- Excellent knowledge of English. French will be an asset but not required.
