HI Partners is currently looking for a skilled Treasury Officer to join a prestigious institution in Luxembourg. As a Treasury Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's treasury operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's daily cash position, including forecasting and optimizing cash flow
- Execute cash management activities, including payments, transfers, and liquidity management
- Monitor and analyze financial market trends and provide updates to management on potential impacts
- Manage and maintain banking relationships, including negotiating terms and conditions
- Handling the processing and depositing of cash receipts or withdrawals
- Management of all banking documents, including LuxTrust, Multiline, AML, KYC, and UBO
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury operations
- Conduct cash accounting, manage short-term investments, and process payments
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including liquidity analysis and cash flow projections
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement efficient treasury processes and systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in treasury regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management
- Fluency in both German and French is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management
- Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:
