**FundPartner Solutions **provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

You will be a member of the **Quality Control & Mobile team**, reporting to the head of the team. In this role you will work on quality-control-related activities for the three fund operational units (FA, TA and PETAL) and provide support to the production these teams.

**Your role**:

- Mobile team_

As member of the Mobile Team, you will participate mainly for short support missions within the fund operational units to absorb operational overloads, identify process optimizations and support implementation of initiatives supporting operational efficiency.
Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework, based on your experience in other teams and departments.
- Quality control_

Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs developed with our BI platform (Tableau);
Coordinating transversal reporting;
Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery.

**Your profile**:

- Experience in fund operations.
- Experience in data modelling and business intelligence platform (Tableau).
- Flexibility and agility.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Spoken fluency in English and French.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
