Wealth Management Client Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Management Client Specialist to join our team. Willingness to learn is an essential asset, alongside strong communication skills in English and Italian, proficiency in the Olympic software is preferred, knowledge of Romanian is a plus. **What you'll be doing**: **Key Responsibilities**: - **Client Relationship Management**: - Reasonable and efficient involvement of external and internal specialists to achieve optimal customer solution. - Development of customized, long-term oriented financial asset strategies on the base of personal objectives and request of the customer. - Active offer of asset management products in close cooperation with subsidiary companies and/or cooperation's partners. - Care of the close cooperation with other business units of the UCG Group to exhaust the customer potential as well as to establish and cultivate network partners. - **Operational Excellence**: - Utilize the Olympic software to manage client data, portfolios, and transactions efficiently. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational processes and client satisfaction. - **Advanced Expertise and Advisory**: - Demonstrate high skills in understanding financial markets and deep knowledge of financial instruments, including complex solutions. - Leverage consolidated experience in managing Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), focusing on the long-term development of client relationships. - Provide expertise in financing solutions tailored to individual customers and familiarity with corporate banking products to strengthen relationships with entrepreneurial clients. - Maintain high proficiency in regulatory and compliance frameworks to evaluate operational and reputational risks effectively. - **Compliance and Regulatory Duties**: - Identify clients and verify information as per AML policy and operational regulation on KYC. - Understand clients' transactions and verify the origin of funds remitted to the bank or the purpose of funds transferred out of the bank. - Monitor and record customer relationships, ensuring the documentation of suspicious transactions for reporting. **What you'll need to succeed**: **Qualifications**: - 5-10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, preferably in Luxembourg environment. - Proficiency in the Olympic software is preferred. - Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of Romanian is a plus. - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements. - Deep knowledge of complex financial instruments and global asset allocation strategies. **What you'll get in return**: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - A collaborative and supportive work environment. - The chance to work with a diverse and prestigious client base. **About UniCredit Group**: - Die UniCredit ist eine paneuropäische Geschäftsbank mit einem einzigartigen Produkt - und Service-Angebot in Italien, Deutschland sowie Zentral - und Osteuropa.
