**For one of our clients based in Luxembourg - a leading energy supplier in Luxembourg and the area**, we are looking for a highly skilled ERP consultant to fulfil a dual-role position supporting two strategic initiatives: 1. **ERP Implementation Tender Support** (70-80% allocation), and 2. **Flexibility Management/Trading System (“Orchestration”) Support** (20-30% allocation). Your role will be instrumental in ensuring architectural alignment, stakeholder coordination, and implementation readiness across both domains. The work will involve hands-on engagement with business and technical teams, including tenderers and external vendors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful selection and preparation for implementation of an ERP system that aligns with our organizational goals and operational needs.
- The position is short-term (4-5 months initial contract, renewable) based in Luxembourg where the onsite presence is needed 3 times per week. If you’re not based in the area, relocation to Luxembourg (or borders - Belgium, France, Germany) will be required._

**More specifically, you will be responsible for...**

**ERP Implementation Tender Support (70-80%)**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and objectives for six ERP lots, including an Integration Lot.
- Develop comprehensive tender documentation (specifications, evaluation criteria).
- Participate in demo sessions (June-July 2025) and evaluate proposed solutions.
- Assess compatibility with target architecture and propose adjustments where necessary.
- Develop a detailed implementation roadmap ensuring readiness post-award.
- Provide strategic ERP implementation advice and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and potential ERP vendors.

**Flexibility Management / Trading System Support (20-30%)**
- Act as PMO for the development of the orchestration platform bridging ERP outputs and the energy market.
- Support the creation of the functional architecture.
- Define a robust implementation plan and milestone schedule.
- Ensure architectural and interface alignment with the ERP project.
- Support onboarding of external resources and mentor internal staff on best practices.
